EXPERIENCE

More than twenty years in the Anguilla Public Service, where a wide range of legal, administrative, policy and personnel issues were addressed while serving as Crown Counsel, Senior Crown Counsel, Permanent Secretary Public Administration and Deputy Governor of Anguilla.

Experience was further augmented by opportunities to act as Magistrate, Registrar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (Anguilla), Attorney General and Governor of Anguilla.

General Legal Practitioner focusing on Administrative, Commercial, Corporate, Governance, Succession and Real Estate matters.

Familiarity with the challenges experienced by creditors and debtors gained during years of service as a Director of the National Bank of Anguilla, Malliouhana-Anico Insurance Company and the National Commercial Bank of Anguilla and as a senior public officer in the Anguilla Public Service.
